ABOUT THE EVENT
Each year the Portland Business Journal recognizes top c-level executives whose strategies and philosophies led to the very best performances over the previous year. These executives hold a strong record of innovation in their fields, outstanding performance in their businesses and a clear track record of meaningful community involvement. A luncheon brings these typically 10 executives together in celebration of their accomplishments along with welcoming over 30 executives who have recently accepted new leadership roles in the region. On-stage interviews with each of the Executives of the Year expose the reasons behind recognition and inspire others to pursue greatness in their own careers.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Nominations are accepted for this program and honorees are selected by the editorial team. A luncheon is hosted honoring the Executives of the Year with on-stage interviews of each honoree. In addition, all prominent executives who accepted new leadership roles are invited to attend and introduced at the luncheon.
MISSION
Highlight the regions most successful leaders and create a space for these executives to build relationships, ultimately furthering the growth of our region.
