ABOUT THE EVENT
The HR Summit and Healthiest Employers of Oregon takes a deep dive into corporate wellness. The program encompasses presentations on top HR and wellness trends and ranks Oregon’s companies to determine who the healthiest employers in Oregon are. The event kicks off with 30-minute presentations from industry leaders to over 200 HR professionals followed by an interactive networking expo. From there, attendees join a luncheon where the rankings of Oregon’s Healthiest Employers are revealed. In addition, three HR Leaders are recognized for their efforts in supporting corporate wellness within their company. It is an inspiring half-day health wellness expo that leaves attendees feeling refreshed and creative.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
A third party conducts a survey of Oregon’s companies using an algorithm based on responses to determine Oregon’s Healthiest Employer. The winners are revealed at a luncheon along with three HR Leaders selected by the Portland Business Journal editorial team. Prior to the luncheon guests are invited to attend 3-5 HR sessions where sponsors of the program will share the latest HR and wellness trends.
